Do you have what I need?

Whether you're seeking a cozy studio, a practical one-bedroom or a spacious two-bedroom, Gordon Lofts offers thoughtfully designed floor plans tailored to your needs. Choose between furnished or unfurnished options, each crafted to reflect your sense of style and comfort. 


Are your leases flexible?

Life doesn’t always follow a 12-month schedule and neither do we. At Gordon Lofts, you can find lease terms as short as three months or as long as 12 months, giving you the flexibility you deserve.


How much are your deposits?

Secure, Simple Deposits

• Unfurnished units: Starting at $500

• Furnished units: Starting at $1,000

• Pets: Additional deposits apply

Actual amounts may vary based on screening results, so let our leasing team guide you through the options.


Are you pet friendly?

We’re not only pet friendly, we’re pet-centric! Cat or dog, bigger or smaller, your pets are part of the family here. You can bring up to two pets, with an additional deposit. We even offer a dog wash station, a fenced in dog park and an atmosphere that your four-legged friends will love. 


But are you bike, pedestrian and transit-friendly?

With a bike score of 100 and a walk score of 97, Gordon Lofts encourages eco-friendly commutes:

• Secure bike storage, bike wash and repair station.

• Close to bus routes and just two blocks from the Amtrak station — total connectivity, zero hassle.


What kind of amenities do you offer?

Imagine moving in and already having everything you need. Furnished units at Gordon Lofts come equipped with:

• All major and small appliances

• A complete kitchen setup, from cookware to dinnerware

• Internet, cable, bi-weekly housekeeping, plus linen and towel service

• All utilities are included, making life seamless. 


Is it easy to set up utilities?

• Unfurnished units: Water, sewer and garbage billed through your resident portal; electricity via EWEB; internet through your chosen provider. 

• Furnished units: All utilities included for total peace of mind.


Do you offer in-person and virtual tour 7 days a week?
