What types of apartments are available at Gordon Lofts?
We offer a variety of floor plans, including studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments. Both furnished and unfurnished units are available to suit your preferences.
What lease terms are available?
We offer flexible lease terms ranging from as short as 90 days to up to 12 months.
What are the deposit requirements?
Deposits start at $500 for unfurnished units and $1,000 for furnished units. The exact deposit amount may vary depending on screening results. Additional deposits are required for pets.
Is there on-site maintenance? How are maintenance requests handled?
Yes. Gordon Lofts has on-site maintenance as well as after-hours emergency maintenance support. Residents submit maintenance requests through the resident portal. Our team receives and reviews requests promptly and follows up by phone or text to coordinate a convenient time to address the issue. We prioritize clear communication and timely service because home should feel effortless.
Are pets allowed at Gordon Lofts?
Yes, we are a pet-friendly community. Residents may have up to two pets per apartment. An additional deposit is required. Please contact our leasing office to learn more about our pet policies.
Does Gordon Lofts have a dog park?
We love our four-legged residents. That’s why we have the Bark Park: a convenient on-site dog park designed for play, potties and social time. A waste station with complimentary bags on site makes clean-up easy and keep our community beautiful. Plus, our location in the 5th Street Public Market puts you within easy walking distance of numerous parks, including four-acre Alton Baker Dog Park.

What is the story behind the 5th Street Public Market?
Gordon Lofts is part of something bigger: a decades-long vision brought to life by Brian Obie. In 1976, work began to transform the site of a former chicken processing plant into what would become Eugene’s 5th Street Public Market. What started as a cluster of eateries evolved into a vibrant, mixed-use neighborhood filled with hotels, restaurants, retail space and the Gordon Lofts.
What is included in the furnished units?
Our furnished units are thoughtfully equipped with all large and small appliances, including a full kitchen setup with dinnerware, cookware and bakeware. Additionally, we provide internet, cable and bi-weekly housekeeping services with linen and towel service, ensuring a comfortable and hassle-free living environment.
Are utilities included in the rent?
For unfurnished units, water, sewer and garbage services are billed through your resident portal, allowing you to conveniently include them with your monthly rent payment. Electricity is paid directly to EWEB and internet services are arranged with your chosen provider. In furnished units, all utilities are included, providing a seamless living experience.

Utility costs can vary based on individual usage and the number of occupants in the unit. For precise estimates, we recommend contacting EWEB for electricity rates and discussing typical water, sewer and garbage costs with our leasing office.
Is parking available?
Yes. We have parking rates and locations for our residents to choose from. Contact the leasing office for more information.
I prefer to bike and use public transportation. What can I expect?
